• In the B.A. Programme we offered Gujarati subject as a Core Compulsory & Core Elective (up to Sem. I to IV)
• Dept. of the used various teaching methods to improve student learning e.g. PPTC presentation through Audio-Visual aids, live & recorded video lecturers of SANDHAN, OHP, Subject’s video etc.
• Dept. arrange seminars, workshop, poem-reciting, vanchan shibir and another literary programmes for students development skills.
• Dept. had established ‘Prof. Hasuben Mehta Sanskrutik Ekam (Cultural forum)’ in 2004. since then we have been organizing various cultural activities like ‘Sangeet Sandhya’, ‘Mushayro’, ‘Kavi Sammelan’ etc.
• Under this forum every year in Vijapur Taluka especially for those who are interested in art, poetry & music.
• Dept. give cash prize of Rs. 500/- to the students every year who stands first in final year exam in the name of prof. Hasuben Mehta.
• Prof. Dr. Y.H. Raval delivers lectures on various subjects in afferent schools, colleges, villages as well as for teachers & NGOs.
• We are two Associate Prof. in the Dept : Prof. Dr. Y.H. Raval (M.A., Ph.D., B.ed.) & Prof. D.B. Patel (M.A.)
• Dr. Raval is Actively participate in various academic activities(e.g. Resource person, Secretary, President etc.)
• Dept. offer send our students in other institution for extra-curricular activities & in workshop, seminar etc.
