• The department of mathematics has been in existence since the inception of the institution way back in 1960.The department imparts education of mathematics for B.Sc. degree .Adhoc post graduation course in mathematics was run during 1990-1992.
• The department has three learned professor. They are all interested in research area.
• More than 08 research papers have been published by the faculty members in various International and National Journals during last two years.
• All the faculty members have played a role to make new syllabus for CBCS.
• The department is having well equipped computer laboratory with advanced mathematical software’s..like Matlab, Mathematical etc..
• The central library of our college is enriched with 2500 books of this subject and same are lent for references. The journals and periodicals are subscribed by the department are the Mathematical News letter, proceeding intelligencer, Ramanujan mathematical science etc.
• To our credit department has been pursuing a research project sponsored by UGC.
